For too many years, Schiller Power plant has been "grandfathered" because of it's age. Accounting 101 taught us that depreciation is taken tom accrue funds for maintenance and upgrades not to be added to the bottom line to look more attractive to its stockholders. It's about time for Schiller to be held accountable for the black soot on our windowsills and the poor air quality in the area.
