Business people in Bellevue, the first suburb in the Ohio River Valley just outside Pittsburgh's North Side, think allowing the borough to drop its "dry" status will help encourage commercial growth.

It seems to me that we need public parking lots in Bellevue before we can attract businesses. Dropping the "dry" status could help also - but the flip side is that the "dry" status probably keeps crime low. Its worth thinking about though. The whole downtown Bellevue area needs a face lift - paint & signage would help.

Face it, Bellevue is the new mount oliver or Allentown
The only thing that will make Bellevue better is,
get rid of most of the hair places (don't you think 20 is to many)
get rid of the pizza places (not all but maybe 10 of them)
Bellevue is known for getting your hair cut and pizza
What else is there? everything closes at 7
there is nothing to do
the skateboarders took over the park
oh and there is 3 public lots isn't that enough
