YES SHERIFF GARY BORDERS IS MAYOR REBECCA BORDERS EX-HUSBAND

Some around the Lake County Jail say she caught him fooling with her son and divorced him.

Too bad she didn't take more action she would have saved a lot more little boys from being victimized by him.
