I live in Montego Bay Subdivision off Siesta Largo, we have a Home Owners association that will be disolving in the month of January, we have been told by several home owners that they ahve friends that own home in other subdivisions that are county maintain and any fees due come out on their taxes each year such as maintaining the common areas, pool, lights, ponds, fiing home owners for leaving trash cans out, not painting their home, and debris left on sides of homes, junk cars etc....the preseident and myself have spent numerous hours at the court house trying to find out about this and it has only been a dead end, can you please tell us whi we might beable to talk with ?? Because come January we will no longer have an association.
