The case is against Casey Anthony, not her parents.

Judge Strickland has no ability to control the Anthony family. They are not part of the defense team, they're relatives of the accused.

No judge in his right mind (I hope) would attempt to interfere with the freedom of speech of a person outside the scope of his court.

I think Strickland is doing a fine job, the defense is its own worst enemy, so much so that I wonder if Casey will be granted a new trial due to ineffective counsel.

There is no "upper hand" in all this pre-trial drama. The judge is doing his job.

I think Jose Baez was unethical in the Casey Anthony case. He pulled a lot of sleezy accusations that are not true. I wonder if Judge Perry is still going to charge him with contempt. I certainly hope so!!!!

In fact, when the defense deposed her, Kio barely knew anything about Casey Anthony at all.
