Police and parents in Webster Groves are on the lookout for a man who's allegedly exposing himself to little girls in the Margaret Park Area.

Speaking to "safe neighborhoods": Yes, that is a complete fantasy. Bad thing about these kinds of crimes and "the stiff upper lip" areas is those areas tend to hide their crimes rather than report them so that they don't get a bad reputation. Also, it seems these areas often hide the crime more concerned for the reputation of the offender than the victim(s). Don't want that CEO that has a problem keeping his pee pee in his pants to be ruined just because he's a pervert.

The only reason is because it happened to my daughter 10/26 and I think they FINALLY reolize there is a problem. She was the 3RD. Avery knows about it is because I called them (not to pleased about that one). And I will not rest till I find out who this sick **** is. I dont know if the media will hurt or help. He could just go to another town now. But he is being hunted and he will be caught.
