Teenager killed in traffic accident

A teenager is killed in a car versus tractor-trailer crash. The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 18-year-old Chelsea Bennet of Gorin was pronounced dead at the scene Wednesday afternooon on Highway 136 about ... via KTVO Kirksville

[Remembering Back]

The location where she was killed is a dangerous crossing, in that the driver needs to take a second look for traffic (there is a hill that dips down and impairs the drivers' view from oncoming traffic from the right). I hope people are slowing down, taking that second look, and are not allowing themselves to be distracted at this particular crossing as I live nearby.
