Don't vote for some rich guy like Rex Smith who thinks he can buy our vote. What a tool, spending $290,000.00+ of his own money for power. Oh I forgot, he has NO conflict of interest with single bid road paving contracts.

Funny thing, he doesn't have a Rex Smith sign in his own yard. Cracks me up. I guess he doesn't want anybody to know that he lives in a MANSION!

KING REX SMITH CONTROLS ALL! THE ROAD CONTRACTS IN WESTERN KY. Now he wants to control all the road contracts in the state. Why does it cost more to pave a road in our part of the state that in Tn??
MONOPOLY!! Vote Bob Leeper.

Rex Smith's company has got $93,877.00 in farm subsidies in the last 9 years. You can check this on "EWG Farm Subsidy Database" online. The man makes millions a year mostly from state contracts. Why does he want to take the money ment for farmers. We need some to change the system not profit from it. The top 10% of the so call farmers get 81% of all farm Subsidies in ky. There has been 2.18 billion dollars in Kentucky alone in the last 15 Years. Go to web site see how many doctors, lawers, politicians, and contactors you recognize. This money should be for farmers that make there living farming and need the help. If we want change we should not be sending people up the ladder how feeds of the system. why would they want to change it.

I am glad Leeper has no party alliance. I love the fact he does not have to answer to Republicans or Democrats. He doesn't owe them anything. Screw the two parties.

Just an off track bet, but Rex probably dreams of being Governor some day and presenting the Derby Trophy in the winner's circle.
