It is the indiana law that thay can file hard ship and it wips their kids money back to the dead beats that do not want to pay for their kids.

Lets say everyone thats goes to jail that dont pay support Thay are to stop support.What about the kids?Lets say the stats do not care about what is right for the kids.It is my experience that a woman that does not work or that has to sell her kids meds to get money is no a person to call a darent??Y does the law not support the kids it is because the congress does not care and that none of them are smart enuf to do the right thieng for kids.

Unsupervised bullsnit over my dead body would that child go with the other parent after being convicted of selling drugs oh he11 no. Now who's to say that when they have her that they even watch her or the parent could be to doped up to care what happens to the child while in there care.
