did the kirby officer that shot man on new years did ever get convicted

why did he shoot him why didnt he handcuff him and does he remeber what he did was wrongfull death why did pull his's weapon if the suspect didnt have a weapon in the first place there's got to be justice for that case it does not make any since they must of made up a storie of there own because it does not sound right

man that cop needs his badge taken away i read the story it dont make since false info how did he shoot the guy if he soposally had him danging from the side of the car it dont make since did he shoot him when he ran back to his car or after-wards

look "back up" i dont have to read ur "bs" there are officers that get out of hand sometimes and think there peace officers there soppose to protect but there just hurting the inocent when they know they didnt do there job right in the first place i understand the law to the fullest but to say he was dangling from car "come on" how did shoot the guy how did the cop survive when the guy crashed he must of shot when he ran because to shots to the chest its hard to explain what was the officer intentions to kill the guy because he dragged him why didnt he shoot a leg or arm just how do people think the officers in our community are trust worthy think about that

Its easy to think of all those things after the fact. But when your life is in danger and so are the lives of other people you do what NEEDS to be done. Don't want to be shot at by the police? Then don't break the law, don't run if your not guilty and if you not a cop and have not been in this mans shoes don't pretend you have any idea what happened. You are just repeating what you have heard you have no idea what the facts are, maybe if you had been driving your "pal" might still be alive. I thank God we have cops who are able to make the tough decisions. It is tragic a life was lost but thank Goodness it was not one of the good guys.

so it seems to me your down with killing a human were all humans you know step by step day by day and if i were driving well hey check this out now a day you cant even speak right to a fellow officer without any ands,if's or but's because right off the bat your the criminal but back to what im tryin to say what if the officer was killed that day would u have blamed him for killing the officer or would you have asumed just put it this way to make that head of your's understand shooting a man down does not slove the case in the matter of stopping someone its not right so tell me do you ask yourself everyday am i goin to protect or take a life today officer ??????????
