Sheriff Jesse James is awful

We have a sheriff that has no idea what he is doing. Our Undersheriff doesn't even live in our county. Deputy Darren Morris has no experience. The other deputy has no experience. We only have two police agencies in our county, the sheriffs department and wilburton police. Does anyone other than me see this counties drug and theft problem going from bad to worse or am I the only person in Latimer County with enough common sense to see that we are screwed.

Hey don't pick on Deputy Morris, He has 11 years of being a security guard out at the college with the under sheriff and is the only one their that's smart enought to run the place, if you don't think so ask him. He will tell you.

For all of those reading this. Pay close attention to the activity of the sheriffs office. They havent done a thing since Jesse took over. Within minutes of taking over Israel was busting drugs.

I totally agree they have 40 years combined experience but it is in the wrong field. They are traffic cops. There is a big difference between traffic cops and sheriffs departments. Sheriffs departments specialize in drugs and other felons.

Looks like everything is going all wrong for Jesse so he is going to be a typical politician and blame the guy in office before him. What does all of this have to do with Jesse not having the ability to do his job as sheriff and bust drugs?

It will be the same ol song and dance for four years. When people start asking why the sheriffs office isn't doing their job Jesse will blame Steve, Brooks, or Israel. The fact is that Jesse has no idea what he is doing and his undersheriff doesn't either. 20 years writing traffic tickets for the highway patrol does not qualify someone to work drugs.

People can say what they want about the last three sheriffs but at least they were out busting drugs. Jesse is too busy sitting around the office gloating about being sheriff.

I just Checked out www.odcr.com and it's sad. In the days since Fat Jesse took over as sheriff it appears that the sheriffs department hasn't made any drug busts. The only bust I could find we're made by the police department. I wanna send out a big thank you to Officer Green and Officer Pope for making drug busts.

Did we elect a sheriff who will live up to my great expectations and not know how to make any drug busts? I will keep everyone informed of Fat Jesses activity.

If you want to bring the woodruff boys into this it's very easy. Go to www.odcr.com and compare statistics. You will clearly find that Adam has taken far more drugs off the street than your beloved Jesse James. Furthermore, you will find that Jesse has wrote more traffic tickets than Jesse. While Adam may be a back stabber the fact remains that he has done more for Latimer County when it comes to keeping drugs away from our kids then Jesse has and it's easily proven.

Its so funny how Fat Jesse fans are always defending him with comments like "he's a good guy" or "he's a family man" and such. What the hell does being a good guy or family man have to do with running the sheriffs. A sheriff should know how to go after drug dealers and other more serious criminals. Some people think George Higgins is a good guy and family man. Does that mean he should be sheriff?

Has Fat Jesse done anything to prove he has the experience to run the sheriffs department?

Hey Michelle and enlightenthecitizens, this has nothing to do with the Rigsbys or Woodruffs and everything to to with Fat Boy (Jesse James). You all keep proving my poin over and over again. My point is that Fat Boy is nothing but a traffic cop and with him as sheriff this county will be overrun by drug heads again. He does not have the capability to catch a drug head or other such real criminals. Every time anyone brings up his capability to do such actions the blames game begins to be played. Once again, this is not about the Woodruffs or rigsbys. It is about the man who was elected sheriff. He promised to make drug busts and focus on serious crime and hasn't done so because he doesn't have a clue how to.

Please, stop defending Fat Boy by trying to make others look bad. If I was Fat Boy I'd put my big boy clothes on and do something. CLEET teaches free classes that show cops how to bust drugs. He may need to swallow that pride and take a class to learn before re-election gets here. I promise you that there are people keeping tabs on the sheriffs office activity and it will all be posted online.

Jesse promised a lot of things that he can't deliver and as an elected official. Excuses are already being made as to why nothing is being done in his defense. He is too busy doing other things and that's why there haven't been any drug busts is a classic excuse that's made for him but it doesn't hold water for me. What is more important than keeping drugs away from my kids? Either Fat boy doesnt care that kids get ahold of drugs or he doesn't know how to catch drug dealers. I would love to believe he wants kids on drugs but we all know that's just not it. He doesn't have the ability to bust drug heads. You cant take a man who has never single handedly busted a meth lab and has no clue what a meth lab is and expect him to go bust all the meth heads.

It's a shame that we are stuck with this for four years. God bless us all.
