Not everyone uses gloves to cook? Do you think the chefs at Applebee's or other restaurants cook with gloves?

What makes the difference gloves get dirty too! How you supposed to wash them. I've seen other restaurants using gloves, they're touching everything around anyway. Unless they have a wound, who the hell cares?

If you're handling raw or unprepared food, you don't need gloves. If you're handling a finished product or one that will not require additional cooking, you should use gloves. I'm not sure how the Weston Health Department says it specifically, but on the national level, gloves are a must for food that is ready to be served.

Their hands are clean because they wash them after every single thing the do. Whats the point of wearing gloves and wasting them when youd have to take them off if you are doing ten million different things. you cant put them back on, why waste more. as long as their hands are clean, its not a big deal. if you dont like it, go eat somewhere else, but its perfectly fine and complaining about something this stupid is pointless. T&l is my favorite and I know they keep their hands clean considering there is a sink in the front where i see them.wash their hands all the time.

Why do they not offer sauerkraut? A hotdog without sauerkraut is like turkey without stuffing or a pizza without cheese. No other topping or condiment compliments the taste of a hotdog better than sauerkraut. You would never find a hotdog joint in New York or New England that would even consider selling a hotdog without sauerkraut. Do locals REALLY think coleslaw is better than sauerkraut? If so, that's all the proof I need to never visit West Virginia again.

I hope you all die and burn in Hell.

God bless.
