If people were not allowed to burn leaves and trash in their yards, we might not need as much budget. County wide bans on burning would help. Without air power, this fire would still be burning.

Excellent, observation, Concerned. The air might be a little cleaner, too.

But some wouldn't want the right to breathe trumping their "right" to burn. <snark>
