Lawrence bought a store in Kingston Springs because the Town would not run a STEP sewer line to his new store site where a riparian area had been wrongly filled and not permitted and part of a subdivision open space. The Town put in the marginal sewer for a marginal developer and non-users have been made to pay for something which the Town of Pegram had already been given capacity in a joint study and agreement. Bad Mayor and Aldermen, Bad legal counsel, bad development by greedy people. Lawrence wanted his deal, too but the Town already has trouble paying for necessities but finds money for fireworks, Christmas lights, Halloween celebrations and a host of un-needed projects.
