Is Kingston Springs a good place to live?

Yes, but Fairview has more amenities and is not as hilly. It depends on what you are looking for. Kingston Springs is about 6 miles closer to Nashville than Fairview. That's the only advantage I see. Fairview is in Williamson County and KS is in Cheatham County. WC Schools are rated highest in the state. WC is the wealthiest county in the state. Most people think that is a better investment for the same dollars since Fairview is the most affordable area of Williamson.
