How about a volunteer fire department?

There is a volunteer fire department but it is little more than a joke funded by a fire tax by Cheatham County. What other City has a fire tax imposed by their County on a City Fire Department? The named County Fire Chief is not even a member of a Fire Department. Cheatham? Pegram? That is about all the fire protection you are going to get! Go Figure.
