I was in Kay's last week and I was very pleased about there selection and supply they had but I have once complaint about them. There employees where very rude and arrogant. After waiting 10 minutes they finally decided they wanted to help me. I had planned to buy several items but I left without anything. I believe in buying from "local stores" verves online or elsewhere. I hope no one else has the experience I had at this store.
