I will start the discussion with the Cashier that works at the Car Wash in Colonial Heights, she never smiles, is a smart a** and acts as if she is doing the customer a favor by waiting on the customer. Is she related to the owner? How does this pathetic excuse for a cashier keep her job being as mean and nasty as she is to the general public. A real Jerk.

Radio Shack!!! The store has nothing but JUNK and employess will not help customers becasue it might interfere with male employees playing computer games and female employess yapping cluelessly on their phones!!

Radio Shack's across the country are known for poor service, I have no idea how they stay in business. And speaking of shack, The Shack in Colonial Heights has not such a good wait staff. The atmosphere is always friendly and the people are nice but if I actually wanted to be treated like a paying patron then I would have to go somewhere else. Its a fun atmosphere but the whole staff fails to understand its about the Customer, not the staff, they really need training in that joint. The staff is nice but ignorant of business basics such as wait on customers, acknowledge customers, smile at customers and of course get your head out of your a** no matter how nice the a** looks.

I called the manager to complain about a cashier at the Food CIty near the mall. I asked the cashier a question about a product they sell and he managed to set there and ramble on for 5 min about how that's not his "responsibility" to know about the products and that he is just a cashier. FYI scronny little cashier boy, take off your "food" city apron and give it to another bath salted out kid that might actually give a damn about helping a customer

The DL office, especially the one bet Kpt and Bristol is terrible, the manager there needs to be demoted or re trained or fired. That office is a nightmare. I was in there last week and they told me 2 hours to get a copy of my driving record? WTF?

All national retail stores. The managers and district managers are more interested in trying increase profits and giving their employees things to do like spending 3 hours looking for a discrepancy in inventory, instead of helping paying customers. And if you'll notice, "the customer is always right" is a myth in the corporate world.

The customer is NOT always right. Whoever came up with that statement needs to be shot in the head. Corporate America is finally waking up and realizing they need to take a stand against stupid customers or those just out for a free ride. Example, these hillbillies around here come in to our restaurant and order a steak "Extra extra well done" and after eating 3/4 of it, complain it is too tough and they can't eat it. Well tough titties! You're paying for it anyways. Had you complained at the first bite, maybe we would have worked with you but we now realize you are just one of those customers. Another example is these rednecks around here who get a huge tax refund because they have 5 fuck trophies in the back seat of their minivan. They come out to eat and have no clue which steak to order. They have heard the word ribeye before, so they order one then complain that it was "fatty" hello stupid ass, a ribeye is known for having fat. You can NOT get a lean ribeye.

We don't owe you a damn thing for dining with us. If you don't come back, fine. There is only about 199,999 other tri-cities residents waiting for your seat.

The Shack in Colonial Heights has horrendous service and it's only getting worse. It will go under or change ownership/management in the next few years. You cant be totally ignorant of customer service/needs and stay in business.
