I see a couple comments here and there about how PmS workers are just "busy". Bullshit! I work at a gas station and we are open 24/7/365 I am always polite, respectful (no matter appearance), and speedy. Yes prescriptions have more rules and regulations so it will take longer which is fine and if people want to be rude the employees should still smile and be polite. I never minded having to wait for a script that should have already been filled, I used to be a PmS customer until I noticed how almost every employee has a log stuck up their butts and thinks they can treat customers however they feel. Customers drive businesses especially in pharmacies where all profits are customer based and until they understand simple facts the only customers are going to start being... The elderly, and pillbillies.Okay. Obviously you all have plenty of time to waste because you're all on here running your mouths about people you don't even know, who work very hard in order to take care of their families. Who cares that you thought some lady that worked there was hateful to you...maybe she was just BUSY,since the other big complaint was about how crowded it always is...and as for the types of people that frequent the pharmacy, in what reality are the workers going to go up to these people and tell them "no sorry, you look too sketchy/trashy/whatever to spend your money here so leave now please." I don't think so.
A note to P&S pharmacy.
Profits will continue to fail and your only customers will be script abusers until you respect your customers and treat them with both dignity and respect. GoodLuck with your future business changes or the lack there of.
