Most of the vehicles they sell are certified pre-owned which means the manufacturer BMW/Porsche/MB warrant the vehicle from 1 to 2 years. Other vehicles still have the manufacturer's warranty or are sold AS IS. When you buy anything AS IS you take a risk. Ask to see any service records available Also ask to see a CarFax. 90% of the time CarFax is reliable and it will also show any service records available. Not just Rick Hill Imports, but all new car franchises operate in the same way. Most importantly drive the car. Not for a few minutes but for 30 minutes or so to make sure that this is the vehicle you want.
Thanks you, but I know all of that. I'm curious about the dealership itself. Have they ever sold a lemon to someone? Do they do shoddy repairs to resell a car that will tear up two weeks later?
Yes they do

No. Never sold any cars that weren't perfect. Although the service department is awful, they only do the finest repair jobs. Buy a car from them !

I have purchased 2 with no complaints. If you are looking for the perfect used car you may want to go to GOD Motors. No new car dealership does shoddy repairs just to get rid of a car thus WARRANTY/AS IS. Now take you head out of your ass and try to understand the advice I've given to you.

I have had nothing but good service on the Mercedes Side, I have owned both bmw and mercedes and sold my bmw because of the rude service dept on that side. I now have a mercedes and the service dept is great. Greg and Jenny have been nothing but helpful and nice and the tech's have always done great work.

Thanks for all the posts. I am looking at two previously owned BMWs at Rick Hill. This is scary to know about service and repairs. It might just be a Fiat for me!!

Well I had my car serviced there , and as far as the service department I would have to give a 1. Very poor service misquoted pricing ended up being more than double the cost for simple repair. Promised phone calls that never came , I had to call and check on my car several times waiting for it to be done . 3 days later it was finally fixed . Jenny was not very helpful even looked at me like I wasn't even suppose to be there. So not very friendly and will never have my mercedes serviced there again. This was the first and last time I trust dealership service they will rob you blind.

One no need for dumb ass remark , two it is a business that you pay them to give you service regardless of where you bought your car it's a mercedes product that's why there are more than one service dept around. They are held to a standard which they should abide by to all customers so they are satisfied . So if you get bad service and they do not call or do what they say they will do it makes the company look bad and needs to be fix immediately.

He is right that place should treat everyone the same and do what they say ,they have a rep to uphold . I got done same way almost and yes bought my car. Had to call several times to see if my car was ready , never got any phone calls that it was ready and cost more than previously told . Will be last time taking it there , if you have not been done this way feel fortunate, but sure it won't be long till it does happen to you.
