News Flash! I understand Al Chapman is breaking ground for a structure that will compare to RonJons in Cocoa Beach across from the new water feature in preparation for the influx of tourist that will be coming to The new Gateway to Historic Saint Mary's.

Those are attorneys that work for the federal bankruptcy court that now has control of the property. As far as you recovering any more of your severance package, you dream in vain! They'd have to sell the property to someone that would be willing to assume the debt and the insurmountable expense of cleaning up the site. You will have long been eaten by worms before this is likely to happen.

That's old news. Chapman has been clearing land for his boat storage facility for months now.
