I say it is but Jay posted some b.s. from the builder that says it's not. They will have to be, all apartments in this town are except a couple. That is the only way to rent them. Thay are nice in the beginning then the drug dealers move in. Welcome to Jay's new neighbors!

sad but true. his being cozy with certain members of the commission, his position re employees health plan, his endorsement of certain candidates for city govt. these are all part of his master plan. the one thing that is not sure is whether they will throw him under the bus at the last minute.

Y'know, I'd be stunned - but nothing about this town shocks me anymore. What a team: Moreno & Hase. Two people who repsond to other's opinion with insults, lies, smears, sarcsam and ignorance. They say that the people get the government they deserve but not even a cockraoch deserve that Dynamic Duo. I wonder if he'll be stupid enough to direct people to his blog every time they ask a question (nod to Feller there)?
