I can only hope that the second coming gets here Friday morning around 9am so I can be awake to see all of the hypocritical garbage go straight to hell. Many you never be sick or dyeing and need a friend like Dr. Chua. Small towns have a way with remembering who the band wagon jumpers are and who friends really are.

I forgot the DA has tried to get the case bond over to federal court so he wont have to try it..
Also the plea deals are ridiculous...An accused murderer, all charges dropped but one drug charge if he would plead guilty and leave Camden Co. after 2 yrs in a probation facility...
That stinking DA Kelly....he does not want his hands dirty, but he is sticking a knife constantly in poor doc Chua.

Jaime's family is behind that plea deal, I am sure. they are out to destroy a good man.

These are the DA errors as I understand them. A person cannot be taken out of the county arrested to be held without signing a consent form. Dr.Chua did not agree to be taken to Glynn Co.
Dr.Chua did not have an official bond hearing in Glynn Co. Judge Williams automatically denied bond without hearing the case..(personal opinion..Judge Williams is biased because of her daughters drug issues)
The state since they seized his assets charge him $12,000.00 a month to maintain them, they are delinquent on everyone of his bills, his credit is ruined because of late payments, while his office was still open the electric and phone was turned off several times for not paying the bill, they took his office computers to check into them and when they came back the office staff were no longer able to maintain his open insurance claims so he wasn't able to get paid for services he already rendered. He needed to sell a property to get money to pay an expert witness, but the state would not allow him to do so..(his supporters donated the money to hire expert witnesses)
When Dr.Chua went to the bond hearing in in Brunswick the DA made a big deal about being ready for trial in Nov.so they should hold him because trial was only going to be 43 days away...So after no bond was set, they turned around and postponed the trial every month since..The DA may not be able to set court dates but they can turn them down and they have...
These are the things I can think of right off the bat I will try to check my facts on a couple more and post them when I verify them..
I know the doc's name will be cleared one day and i hope he personally sues the DA, Camden Co and jaime's family

Do you think he may have tried to get another court to handle it since everyone is complaining about him. And I think that would be the right thing to do. So do you think that is a bad thing. And why did they not take the case?
No I do not feel that is the reason, This case is going to be very hard if not impossible for the DA to win, if the Feds. take it and loose, Kelly still looks good..
I read a letter to Dr.Chua from his lawyers after their meeting with the Feds about them taken the case and in that letter the Federal guy(sorry don't remember the title)said they did not believe that the case was in their best interest to pursue, but, if they did decide to pursue it, that they would offer Dr.Chua a plea deal in which Dr.Chua would plead guilty to prescribing methadone for non medical reason and would walk out of jail with time served and turn in his DEA ID #.. Dr.Chua told me he would not take that plea either because he can not and will not admit to something he did not do...

We have written newspapers, televison programs, reporters anybody and everybody we can think of. As much as I dislike Jessie Jackson and Al Sharpton I even wrote them trying to get somebody with alittle power to help us get justice for Dr.Chua..We have been in contact with some national media outlets showing interest but nothing concrete so far, alot of Philippine media outlets writting about him..
So any of his supporters out there write, write and write somemore, somebody is gonna listen eventually..

The case against Dr. Chua is false, egregious and malicious. Our findings about why this case sped through the Georgia judicial system will be posted soon enough.
The only "victim" associated with the Dr. Chua case is: Dr. Chua.

This past week DA Kelly made another offer to Dr. Chua. The DA said that he could walk out of jail TODAY "IF" he would sign a statement that prohibits him from practicing medicine ever again. That's it!
What happened to the two counts of murder?
What happened to the 17 Medical violations?
What happened to the RICO charges?
Either the DA is high on confiscated marijuana or he knows that his job as a DA is over unless he gets Dr. Chua to sign.
Why would Dr. Chua sign away his right to sue the DA personally? Let alone Camden County and as many of the Ware County gang that he can?
No, the DA has been hung out to dry on this one. It will be very entertaining for you and I to sit back and watch if the DA goes down alone or starts pointing fingers. There's quite a few to point. Can you remember the judge that signed Dr. Chua away to Glynn County jail violating his civil rights? We do.
No, the Sherriff and the DA are on complete opposites ends on this case.
Well you sure do know so many specific details. I'm sure "Chua" (refuse to put Dr. in front) appreciates it.

If all the serious charges are dropped, why is he still being forced to sign an agreement asking him to stop practicing medicine ? If he is really innocent, why should this deal lethal to him professionally being pursued by the DA ? Without the ability to practice medicine, Dr. Chua will be on public aid obviously. On the contrary, if he is practicing medicine, he will be paying taxes, treating patients, and employing people.
After this experience, he will become a better physician. He can better empathize with his patients who were falsely accused and subjected to a similar experience. He can really say - "I know..." He can then better help them cope with such tragedy. The link between heart attacks and mental stress is getting stronger.

Well that is the problem it is easier to ignore a letter than a phone call. If you want anything done you must flood them with phone calls.

But, I still don't see any laws broken by the government. And like I said if I could see a specific law that was broken I would stand right along side of you. Dr. Chua does have rights, and I believe has has actually gotten more rights than other inmates. There is a differance between an error and intentionally doing something wrong.

But anyway, you Chua supporters need to flodd the Attorney Generals office with phone calls if you feel that srongly about it this.

those who want doctor chua's rights trampled on have outstanding balances with his office, i'm sure

the others are like the family ---- they find someone to blame so they can enjoy the products of another person's hard work

the rest, like rose, blame him because the diet pills she took ("friend" eh? yeah, right) didn't work for her. she has remained as ginormous as before. the answer, rose, is eat less and exercise more. you can achieve your goal by taking a walk when the urge to open your big mouth with all its senselessness occurs

and last but not the least, never ever let troubled souls in your home no matter how kindhearted you are. there will be people who will take whatever you possess for all its worth, by all the means they can. why can't these people just work harder so they'll have their own money?

Here is another lesson...

Never believe that just because someone offers to help you that there are not strings attached or an ulterior motive by their so called "generosity." It doesn't take rocket science to look back and think on other cases in the media of murderers and rapists. Do you think that those victims were trying to con their murderers? Don't we tell our children not to not take candy from strangers??? What Dr. Chua offered Jamie was just "candy" for an adult.---Stay at my house, enjoy the pool, the tennis courts, meet new people... just for working for me--- It was BS and unfortunately, Jamie was the only one that didn't get it. Jamie's only guilty of being naive!

From my previous comment:
"...but trying to help Jaime."
If there is one fault that Dr. Noel Chua made, it is really trying to help Jaime. However in the Chinese-Filipino culture where he was born and raised from, it is quite common for affluent relatives to adopt or "put under one's wing" others who are less fortunate or who need guidance. Please note that in the Philippines, there are no state social workers or state programs to provide this kind of assistance. Relatives assume such role. Is Dr. Noel Chua taking the role of a parent here ? Quite risky indeed ! Would the local people here understand such differences ?
Contrast that with the situation here in the U.S. Parents can't wait for the child to become 18 and he or she is on his own !

I am wondering also why Dr. Noel Chua was taking quite a risk in helping his young man and opening himself to a lot of speculation on why he is doing such unexplained altruism. However as I mentioned above, it is quite common for well to do relatives especially those unmarried or childless to adopt informally and assume the parental role.
What is the tangible return on such financial and emotional investment ? It is purely the satisfaction that he has a role in someone's accomplishment. Was Dr. Chua fantasizing that he might be able to produce a physician out of Jamie for St. Mary, Georgia ?
Was Jaime being exploited by Dr. Chua ? And kill him ?
I can see a lot of reason why Dr. Chua is helping and no reason to kill him.
