Umm....read the JQC statement of charges bub. Accepting monetary compensation in the form of a kickback alone, creating false invoices for personal gain....gee al, your statement makes no sense. If true they are more than misconduct, they are crimes.

What is Glenda Foddrell position in the Probate office? Does the system see that Shirley is headed to the pin so theyr'e positioning Glenda to inherit the Probate Judge slot?
