They are open Tuesday thru Saturday until 10:00 PM. They do a great Sunday brunch between 10:30 and 3:00. Perhaps hurried workers would do better to savor their delicious offerings during those hours. It would be a sin against gastronomy to hurriedly refuel on their offerings. They should be savored at a leisurely pace.

Y'all will never get our money serving the same ole recycled slop. Can we get a mall with a decent multiplex where we have a choice similar to what Yulee is doing or River City? Or you dumb locals will continue to lose tax dollars! It's as simple as that! It is time for some outside the box thinking from the powers that be. The people who live here are spending their money outside of Kingsland, St. Mary's, Woodbine area! DUHHHHHH!!!
many people, both local and transplanted outsiders eat at these " no name " establishments. Who is the " us" you refer to? Those people who complain about Camden having nothing to do, nowhere to eat and nowhere to shop but the " us" doesn't support any of the local businesses? There are plenty of good small businesses who close due to lack of local support. Quit complaining and start supporting and more will come!

I agree with you but with one caveat: customers (much less city governments) have no obligation of any kind to "support" a business just because it is "local."

All that matter is if it produces or carries good products/services at competitive prices and excellent service.

With the above qualities and a location that is not in the ass-end of nowhere, it will prosper.
If not, it will not, regardless of who owns it and where they are from or live now.

The Lunch Box has absolutely nothing to do with the Roach Motel Aunt B's. Why you want to talk wbout people you don't know, Emmi. She is a very nice person. Why not talk about how the owner uses the office for a hospital bed. Or Why the kitchen staff wears dirty looking clothes, the list goes on and on my friend.

The Lunchbox, Janie Highsmith's new restaurant, opens today! She has a great menu full of soups, salads, sandwiches, BBQ, and her famous country entrees! She also has a "Daily Special" everday that includes 1 meat, 2 sides, bread, drink & desert for just $7.99. She is open weekdays from 10:30 - 2:00 & is located on West King Avenue in Kingsland (on highway 40 where the original Aunt B's was located)! Ya'll go check her out!
You need to change the word "desert" to "dessert".

I've never been there, A-hole. I no longer patronize ANY Camden County restaurants.

However, I can guarantee you that Janie Highsmith does not turn out slop, liar.

I've been there. The food is delicious. Mac & cheese obviously made from scratch. Tea just the right strength. Service was fantastic. I will be going back soon.
