So instead of engaging in the topic you perfer to call names.
So answer my question, Do you think it is fair for the school to go to bat for one felon and no others?
It depends on the type of felony conviction. If it was maybe, a 18 Y/O for stealing from a store and the dollar amount made it a felony and now they have gone on and gotten a college degree and moved on with thier live, so be it. If your talking about a violent felony or a child molester, then no they shouldn't be around our children. There are grey areas in life.

Joe,
He was a Camden County deputy stealing drug maoney from the county. He has a firearm on him during this felony, and he didn't just do it once he did it 3 times.

Chip Keene said he would not hire him to work at the bank.

Steve Berry said Alana Clark was not fit for the Sheriff's Office and she was never convicted. He also state Penny Woodard was not fit for county manager over bounced checks.

But a convicted felon is fit to teach are kids.

No, not if the government was paying her.

Do you think Martha could get a gov't job?

yes, she was called in to decorate the White House and cook for some official something or other and I am sure Martha didn't do it for free.

No Martha Stewart allowed on the TV due to her political biasness-some folks should stay out of the political arena and not use their shows as a vehicle for their personal choices.

Martha has done well since her conviction.

She has many sponsors so yes, she could get a government job.

Why not?

Gwendolyn Mungin handles money for the City of Kingsland and she used to write bad checks all over this county. Nobody has begrudged her of an oppertunity to do better for herself. No Rick Rogers is only concerned with anyone who has an afilliation of any kind with Bill Smith. He is not concerned about Tommy Gregory's past of sex and running around with women while he was employed for Bill Smith all those years. Rick's not concerned with the infidelity of those Tommy has chosen to hire. Rick has a fixation on Bill Smith and former officers of his. He puts out that his is for the good of the county yet he chooses who he places in his sights to go after. All of these people made mistakes apparently and have moved on in life. God will punish you one day Rick Rogers for all the bad you create in peoples lives. Missery loves company and since your life is miserable you try to make everyone else like you. Well Duck You!

For undercover work??????????

No I don't think, anyway if his record was expunged, the Georgia Professional Standards Commission would not have him listed as a felon.

He would not have had to have the BOE apply for a special license to allow him to teach.

How many other felons have the BOE hired?

Gee I never said anything close to this!!!!!!!!!!

I have never called him any names, and I have only said he does not deserve to teach.

Yet not one of you have even comment on this.

I did not say anything about Bill's sexual past. I said the past of him and officers related to him. I also said... Never mind you are incompetent.

Why would I talk about Tommy sexual past, when I did not talk about Bill's?
