Administrative Leave is BULL $hit. Bet it is with pay. He has always gotten away with everything he has done or said, I am sure he will get away with this. He is a total JERK and I do believe that he did ask an employee if she would like for him to give her a pap smear. Why is everyone wanting to keep this quite. I have already heard that he has bragged about it and said that no one will be able to prove anything. Well Cindy, what do you think about your hubby now?????? Howard was not in to comment, he returns next week.

Per conversation with my county commissioner and the commissioners office in woodbine Mr. Daniels contract expired june 30th 2012 and has not been renewed. Additionally he is not receiving any compensation or benefits from Camden County. The investigation is still ongoing waiting for Mr. Howard to return from training.
