Just a question maybe someone can answer for me......how is it possible that a restaurant can receive an "A" on their health inspection report and yet a customer can see numerous violations?
There are quite a few places I will not eat at because the kitchens, dining areas etc. are filthy and yet you read in the paper they all have either "A" or "B" ratings.
Who is overseeing this department? Maybe they all need to take a food safety course.

You do know that during any given shift. Georgia law requires that at least one supervisor who has had the food safety course (SafeServe) be present,
It is not that the managers don't know better. If you see a restaurant where the manager is White and the majority of the employees are Black, the
manager is almost certainly afraid to try to enforce rules on the Black employees for fear of physical attack or attack upon their automobile.
Trust me on that.

Most places it has nothing to do with people being scared of being harmed or there possessions being messed with it. If they were scared they wouldn't be managers at the location. It has a lot to do with the management on why the place looks the way it does. There are several places that have lazy managers. If the managers are lazy and don't enforce the rules and regulations then you have a lazy staff. It takes more than one person more than one time to get a store moving in the right direction. It takes an entire crew.

You can definitely trust that Jay knows all about how it feels to be a night shift assistant manager who is scared *&%less of a black employee. All it took was one good ass whipping to put the fear into Jay.

Well I was in a restaurant and watched the Health Inspector walking around ..........and that's about all he did......didn't pull out a thermometer to check food temps.....just walked right on by........never looked under counters or equipment.....never checked the bathrooms......didn't ask to see cooler and freezer temp records.....I give up! Don't these people have training or even better bosses....they get paid to do NOTHING!
