I like Tommy but his uniform taste leave a lot to be desired. Those things are awful.

they look good, but it looks like the traditional city police. I didnt like the baby blue either. I personally would opt. for the traditional tan and brown or gray and black.

the new patch is definately an improvement.

I think that since was given reduced funds to run his department he probably had to be very frugal and get what they could afford. I have seen the officers here and there but I did not take notice of their uniforms so I guess they were fine.

Why do you people care what the uniform looks like if you don't have to wear it? Even then why would you care as long as you were getting a check every 2 weeks? And could someone please tell me how the uniform itself is a waste of money? Think hard about your answer before you look stupid.

BFFT got those black colored uniforms cause the coppenhagen stains don't show up as bad, ye heard??

Well for one he had to buy new shirts for those that might not have needed them, not every deputy needed new shirts. Second, the new badges cost money. Three the new patches had to cost money to have redesigned. Now I know you are going to say it didn't cost anything right? Just like that stupid looking overhang at the front door, I guess that was real important to have on a restricted budget.

Plus the new two tone cars cost more money. I think they look much better, but they had to cost more.

Everyone needed new shirts. No one had gotten new uniforms in for years. Why are you worried about the overhang and the Sheriff's budget when the commission will sit and lie to your face and tell you that the county is broke while the county manager puts new directional signs (with the wrong directions) all around courthouse square, all new land scapeing and a new sprinkler system in at the old court house?
