Cash for Clunkers thread is a perfect example of how much it cost for the government to get involved in anything.

2 "democratically elected administration?" Where were you when hundreds of people were allowed to register and vote by Acorn. This election was stolen through fraud. I can't find one person who will admit to voting for it. By the way, I'm not angry, I'm MAD! |

If you worked all your life and someone told you, too bad on your retirement pan, that is what you would be saying to those civil servants that are not congressional. So there is food for thought.

1 You know what, I am being told that everyday. Since you retired you are no doubt drawing your social security. But what about the rest of us who haven't reached 62/65 yet. We are being told there won't be any left for us to draw. So don't give me that song and dance. You can keep suporting those knuckleheads in Washington if you want, personally I have had enough and my votes with reflect as much next election. |

Wonder how the federal employees vote on this stuff. You know every 4 yrs. If enough people vote like you suggest, we will have another welfare group. |

1 Come on Redneck, you don't expect her to read facts do you? "Facts",another word she might want to look up. I wouldn't hold my breath waiting on her list of Beck lies. They are so threatened by the guy.lol That includes the worst president ever! All the networks and papers they have and yet such hatred and fear of Fox. Too funny! I guess the saying "The truth hurts" fits well here. If it's not fear why all the carrying on about one man and one network. Now here is a fact for them. Wallace has openly admitted he lies when it suits his purposes. During the controversy over tobacco whistleblower Jeffrey Wigand, Wallace appeared on the "Charlie Rose" program with colleague Morley Safer. Wallace was asked point blank by Rose if he or "60 Minutes" had paid Wigand for his cooperation. Wallace denied doing so. Later, after documents in a legal case showed that "60 Minutes" and Wallace had indeed paid Wigand $13,000 as a consultant, Wallace admitted he had lied on Rose's program.
