It's just more taxes, not paid by you or me.

whats going on is that Allen needed direct rail service for the project that is unavailable at the industrial park also most of that propery is cut up and cannot sustain the operation that is planned for the property they are working on.

In addition the first customers in there are medical related and want close proximity to the hospital.

As Marion stated it will bring more tax dollars to our area and more jobs as well.

It never ceases to amaze me that even when something good is happening someone on ToePix will get on here and gripe/down/bad mouth it.

Taxes are great, but if like the other medical park, the will pay none. As it is "owned" by the hospital, a non-profit, they pay no taxes. Neat little loop hole thet have.

Yeah, Buddy ole Nancy Stasisnis was all for this one as well. Only one problem she did not have a clue where anyone was coming from to fill the buildings she wanted to build.

Spending other peoples money is easy when you are not accountable. Waste, waste, and more waste.

Please don't elect this one to City of St. Marys Council just look what she did to kingsland.

Okay, explain why you contend that she and the rest of mayor and council should not have been for it, as you contend.

You were banking on folks not going back to the beginning of this thread and reading it all the way through.

Folks, if you do, you will find that he is full of shit.

Neither Stasinis nor any other elected official of Kingsland did a damned thing "wrong" in this matter. Just another Unholy Alliance filthy dirty trick by one more immoral, lying, asshole.

All of the elected officials of Camden County "did something wrong" they believe if you approve to build it, they will come. They did this with neither vision nor insight. Now because of their reckless behaviour the community will continue to suffer!!

How many hits can the community take of this magnitude? How long can the community survive with 5, 6 pages of foreclosures? How long can the community survive with a tax digest that exceeds 85% residential? How long can the community survive without industry?

This community has some serious issues to face!! The season for ignorance has passed; its time for the brightest minds of the community to step up to the plate.

"All of the elected officials of Camden County "did something wrong" they believe if you approve to build it, they will come."

If you approve it, they will come unless the Obama economy makes it unwise to do so.

On the other hand, if you do not - inflagrant violation of an applicant's property rights - you can be absolutely cetrain they will NOT COME and fairly certain that sooner or later, one applicant will sue your ass off!

Is that your recommended solution - to turn down all plans?

Kindly explain how a failed project causes the entire community to suffer.

Your spelling of "behaviour' is duly noted.

Well seems like you follow the logic of your instructors! Yes they approved ALL of them. Only problem there is not infrastructure in place to enable the people to build on all the lots that have been "approved" Therefore you are absolutely correct the "applicants are going to sue the taxpayers asses off"
