Smith committed a criminal act in a public place with a witness that saw and heard the entire thing. Smith was bent out of shape about his butt being beat, again, by Gregory. Smith is no stranger to breaking the law and getting away with it. If he gets away again it be on the local level looking out for him. The photo came to me via e-mail without an explanation. I incorrectly assumed that it was a current photo related to the current Popeye's incident.
