Why? He is busy investigating the CIA. I would imagine they are very reluctant to share anything with him or his minions.He doesn't worry about the troops in Afghanastan or he would send the additional help McCrystal asked for three months ago.

No one can deny that he is a powerful speaker. This is evidenced by the position he now holds. He is very effective at "tickling the ears of the multitudes", or he would still be a Community Organizer.
