She stole money that was to be part of his pay (based on state law). I know of no laws that Martin has broken. Has he done questionable things YES. Hell most locals are related somewhere down their family trees. But I guess your tree is free of any wrong doers? Do we cut down the tree because of one bad nut? Vote for whom ever you deem most able to do the job, that is what should be done.

Well then you need to get the Law changed for that is not part of the requirements for a probate judge with the population that we have.

Bo Sweat is an attorney and is running he should be hands down the best candidate just because of that.

It is past time for an attorney to have the job. It makes no sense for a non-lawyer to have the job of enforcing the law. Also, it is foolish that if the population is a certain number you have to have an attorney holding the job. I agree that if I hire an attorney to handle my business he should not have to be arguing the business with a non-lawyer. I go to the doctor I want to see the doctor not his receptionest.

Yes, as I've said before we should change state law so that no one can ever again serve as a judge of any kind in Georgia without being a member of the bar in good standing.

I would like to have 2 or more lawyers to choose from but if Swaet is the only one running, unless he is found with a live boy or a dead girl before the election ( and the authorities do not withhold that info until after the election, as seems to be the Camden custom)then I willl have to go with Sweat by virtue of his being the only attorney in the race.
