You really should subscribe to the T&G.
The pot plants were stored in a room at the St. Marys P.D. on Pt.Peter Rd. The plants were virtually devoured by mold. The decison was made, apparently by the chief, to take all the plants out of the room and burn them. That was at least a year ago.
This is funny to me Jay, as evidence destruction in state cases is done by written authorization from the district attorney's office. After adjudicationor dismissal of charges. I am never aware of a single incident where a Chief of Police or Sheriff has ever made this call on their own.

I'm reluctant to invest or relocate to a county where the illegal drug industry is allowed to flourish. Illegal drug violence makes me concerned about the safety of my family.

What has the District Attorney done with the St Marys Marijuana grow house case? Was the case dismissed after the evidence was distroyed?

If distroyed, who approved the distruction of the evidence? If distroyed, how far up the public official ladder was the decision to distroy evidence made? If distroyed, how many and who where the public officials involved in the decision to distroy the evidence?

Too many questions and too few answers!!!!!!!!!!

you need to learn how to spell. How are you smart enough to invest in real estate if you can not spell.

I have been around these parts for many years. This advise is for those of you who are newcomers. Before you start asking too many questions about how our public officials conduct business; ask some natives about the death at Dark Entry Creek several years ago. That is all.

He seems to have a good feel for the corruption that dominates our local government. It is good that somebody has the courage to speak up about the wrong goings on with our public officials.

If large illegal drug operations are pushed under the rug, the public should know.

That would be adjudication...or, .not adjudicationor, missed the space bar. Meaning, after the case has gone to trial and the defendant(s) found guilty or innocent.

At trial an accused criminal defendant is not found guilty or innocent, an accused criminal defendant is found guilty or not guilty.

You missed the space bar again, didn't you.

No Poot, I meant adjudication as the case went to trial, OR the case was dismissed. This is all beside; the point that evidence destruction in a felony drug case is not a call made by law enforcement.... moldy or not. This whole case smells of a screw up at best, and corruption if nothing ever happens.

If a little street pusher or user was caught with AN OUNCE OF MARIJUANA he would have been arrested and served big time.

Here we have rooms full of marijuana and nobody is even prosecuted!!!???? It appears the criminal justice system is corrupt and broken. Who can respect a judicial system like that?

It is a phoney war on drugs that goes after the little guy on the street and ignores the big boys at the top. Stop the war on drugs, dismantle the DEA and the government agencies spending our tax money for their own enrichment and corrupt sense of justice.

The old adage, money talks and the wealthy walk appears to be true.

You don't know the history of our community do you? The Mill town isn't dead. It's only been the last few years when the judicial system has come under review. Money talks fairness walks.

That would be because his hosue is in the county, you ignorant shit.

The tweo grow houses - one owned by Smith, the other by Blount- were in St. Marys. Those busts were handeld by SMPD.

When the city P.D. goes into the county's jurisdiction, the CCSO is informed and comes along. However, the scene (Smith's hosue) was processed by SMPD.

Now kindly ESAD.

OK OK. The smell is overpowering.

How many local public officials are involved in this criminal enterprise?

What, if anything, are local public officials doing about this criminal activity?

Big questions remain: Is there a cover-up and if so who is involved in sweeping this criminal activity under the rug?

The answer can be found if the money trail if it is followed!!!!
i.e. look for who did who favors and who owes who money?

Private citizen to public officials, public officials to private citizens. Favors performed favors returned. Connect the dots.
