I do not think Howell is an OC-maybe now it is more diverse

The referendum a few years ago to move the airport was a "yes", but people like the Mayor didn't want to listen to the majority of citizens of Saint Marys. So, the majority of the people in Saint Marys voted the Mayor out and voted in the "move the airport" candidates. This is what happens when you don't listen to the "silent" majority and only listen to the "vocal" minority.

It's not just the airport issue. Tonight Saint Marys elected people that the majority of the people did not want. Take a look at the numbers and you will see what I mean. The only case where you won was aganst Weaver. But aganst her you only ran one person, Howell, and he won. You must ick one person and get behind them if you want to win an election.
