You have a point about low wage earners crossing state lines. I believe most from the surrounding area are going to work at the new Kohls, TJMax and Ross opening in Yulee.

As for the spaceport I think the thought of good paying jobs coming to the area is very enticing. However since this information comes from the nonproductive JDA; We should be very cautious as taxpayers. This needs more analyzing before we attach taxpayers money. I read a not so flattering article yesterday about the spaceport attempts in other states.

Hmm...NASA is selling or leasing launch space and part of the vehicle assembly building at the cape. Existing facility versus raw land, let's see who gets a tenant first.

The only "launch site" coming to Camden County is the JDA launching more B/S to the local paper in hopes of saving their jobs while accomplishing nothing.
