i have been an engineer for8 years now.While there aren't a lot of black engineers, many americans do not enter the profession anymore. Almost eeveryone in enginnering school is foreign (mostly asian,indian and eastern european). If america wants to change this, they have to make it lucrative again, so that bright minds can reenter the field again.

Thats true,but it is addressed to blacks so it makes it no less true.I would say whites are a bit more motivated because the system will more readily engage them so they not have the misgivings blacks might have.

Is it possible some cultures develop differently...with each culture specializing in something? Maybe diversity is a good thing? Why should everyone be alike, do the same things, compete for the same resources, have the same talents? Oh why, oh why doesn't everyone crave only cheeseburgers....cheezeburgers should be the default setting on any human being's menu! Red Ketchup, White Mayo, and Blue when you get a heart attack.

This doesn't deal with being alike. It deals with education and who doesn't get it. It deals with lost opportunities.

Simply assuming that cultures develop differently does not really address the problem.

Engineering is old-hat for white Americans. Back when all was created by white Americans, all things technological, including putting a man on the moon multiple times, it was all White Americans. When white engineers began to see that their white MBA counterparts were their bosses, making a lot more money for 1/10 the math and science requirements, engineering all but died in the US for white males. You can forget blacks ever contributing any more that the absolute smallest percent. Indians and Chinese will work for the lower engineering wages though, and that's where we get at least half our engineers. The other half are still white. Negroes will never make up more than about 1/10 of 1%. They simply don't have the capacity, and I know thats because engineering isn't taught using ebonics and black magic science and math. It's all the white guy's fault I'm sure. Hmmmmmmm right.

if blacks are so dumb and incapable then why was it that back in slavery we were not allowed to read..if the white devil masa caught us reading we would be hung...you guys clearly know who the superior race is thats why you guys do everything in your power to keep us down..
