Microsoft practices "McCarthyism". It appears that Microsoft has an internal "Blacklist" of people they don't want to sell product directly to. If you're unfortunate enough to appear on this list, as I am, MS will not tell you why or who put you on this list. Furthermore, after 8-hours working the phone to resolve this issue, no one in MS could provide an answer, other than "contact your congressman." Several attempts to contact Mr. Steve Ballmer, MS CEO, by FAX and mail have failed. Corporate offices in Redmond are no help as you're not allowed to speak to another human regarding anything of this nature.
So, Mr. Ballmer; I'm going away. I have done nothing wrong and I will continue every means possible to get an answer as to why I'm "blacklisted." Sooner or later I'll get an address, e-mail or phone number to someone that that can fix things. |
