and probably not the last. I wonder how much it will cost to repair the bears, more than what they may get for them?

I've only lived here for 3 years, and i have yet to understand what's up with the god awfull ugly decortive bears , placed all over town? Who is the lame brain behind this? What's the resoning behind them.?
