Is it true that the city is in talks with the Osprey Cove's 5 O''clock club to make a safe path to down town for their golf carts. And to buy the portable coffee shop at True Value for the proposed Golf Cart drive in movies at the old Gilman boat house property until the DDA can construct their new headquarters there?

I also heard that the 5 O'Clock Club has quietly approached the non-members on city council about lowering the speed limit on SR 40 from Shadowlawn to the Spur 40 intersection so that golf carts could use that section of the highway to get from Shadowlawn Drive to Kings Bay Village Shopping Center (and on to down town).

If the RS 40 speed limit reduction can be achieved, Osprey Cove would then create a gate at the end of Shadowlawn Drive for golf carts only and with restricted hours.

Keep your fingers crossed Covies. There is a real chance we will be able to expand our cart territories to take in our wonderful little city.

Do any of you have intestinal fortitude to do anything about it? Bow to your master.

You seem to be hung up on guts. You probably don't have any yourself. I bet you are an old draft dodger.
