Re-precautions and Constitutional Rights in Kingman

I have been warned by a number of sources to “watch my back”, when standing up to the biased, self-regulating , unjust and in many case I think abusive Kingman Police Department, Mohave Sheriff’s Department and the Kingman Attorney’s Office. Unfortunately, when questioned nobody wanted to share their experiences and knowledge with me, so it usually remains by a “just watch your back”.
I’m would be grateful if someone finally would find the courage to be more specific about what “watch your back” really entails. Although I am sure that repercussions of not fearfully accepting the likely abuse by the KPD, MCSO & Attorney’s Office but instead standing up to them with your constitutional rights, are not just restricted to alleged burglarized Homes and Cars.
As in all branches of government where a chain of command exists the responsibility for the actions of the subordinates always lays, and in the overwhelming cases, very rightfully so with the superiors starting all the way on the top who often are even the cause and reason for their subordinates misconduct.
I’m afraid that in the case of the Kingman area this responsibility might fall to City Attorney Carl W. Cooper and Asst. Lee Hocking, Sheriff Tom Sheahan and Chief Deputy Jim McCabe, as well as Chief of Police Robert DeVries and possibly his main subordinates Captains Wes Bauer, Scott Wright and Ray Sipe. In the long end however, the ultimate responsibility for the Kingman area will most likely lay with Mayor John Salem, Vice Mayor Janet Watson and probably the entire Kingman City Council.
If anyone has any detailed information of possible repercussions from the D.A.’s Office, the MCSO, or the KPD for standing up for your constitutional and civil rights, or complaints of police misconduct and abuse, I sure would like to hear some more details about it. I actually can imagine that there is a number of people here in the Kingman area who haven’t spoken about their experienced repercussions out of fear of more, or more severe repercussions.

well as far as WES BAUER dont include him on your list remember a few years back him his brother and a few others sued the city and the police dept for wrongful practices so i think it's safe to say MR. BAUER upholds the law the way it's intended.he's a human not a robot and knows right from wrong .
I have had my dealing with the court system and officers and i've seem to come out smelling like roses. all my issue's have been moving violations. which i have been able to prove a reasonable doubt that an officer had failed to follow all protocal's.
i have won all my case except for 1 which no fine was inposed but i did recieve 2 points on my record. and although i made the officers look stupid in court i have never had an issue with them again..

Wes Bauer is a total hypocrit. He investigates incidents over other officers and then does the very same action himself. Can't be trusted, embarrassment to law enforcement.
