I like to see the "real" results if more registered voters showed up to vote. I think this won't be the last we hear of this. It turned out to be an unfortunate election. Too much confusion and drama was associated with it. You can thank the good ole boys for that. |

I think you need to see the bigger picture. I voted NO on the bonds, but I voted yes on the zoning changes and the ability to sell the property. I don't care to see a few insiders get rich either. But if they do, I don't care. All I care is about the benefit of the WHOLE community. Seeing the bigger picture will help the community make bigger decisions. I think had the drama not been so big in this election, it could havd contributed to clearer thinking. How many people REALLY knew all of the facts? It was almost impossible unless you talked to many sides. |

I didn't post any of the message that people claim is mine. My grandparents are dead on my moms side and my fathers side they own one little house in Valle Vista. That's it. The no vote hasn't cost me or my family a dime. At least look into the claims you're making before pointing fingers, I haven't inherited anything besides my good looks ha ha.

BUYING LAND IN KINGMAN AND GOLDEN VALLEY
If you are an experienced Kingman and Golden Valley land investor and are looking for a broker with whom you can develop a long term relationship of trust then I suggest keep reading. If you are new to purchasing in the area then you NEED to read this section. Any investment idea, if gone about in the wrong way can result in investment dollars. In this respect, Kingman land is no different from any other type of investment. Almost weekly, I correspond with land owners, from all over the United States that have invested in land but have done so in the wrong way. In almost every case the uninformed buyer purchased their land directly from a very well informed seller. Ususally at a seminar, from a land company or outside the area. The subdivisions that this happens again and again in usually include Lake Mead Rancheros, Lake Mead Ranchos, Lake Mohave Ranchos, Realsite Arizona, Lake Havasu Estates, Paradise Acres etc... Professional sellers of land usually have the words land or land company in their name or advertise as an investment group. These "pros" buy their land through brokers in the area, through back taxes or buy in bulk to get a discount across the board, "think square miles." They represent the interests of only one party, "themselves." Since these land companies are not violating any laws the only protection of the investor is to educate themselves and become a well informed Kingman and Golden Valley investor before ever investing a dime. Buying Kingman or Golden Valley from websites, seminars or from land companies or investment groups located outside of Kingman usually results in the buyer severely overpaying for their land, and/or ending up with poor quality investment land. DO NOT use real estate in your area as a comparison to land here. Land in Hawaii is certainly half a million an acre everywhere but that doesn't mean 30,000 an acre is a good deal here. Any comparison is irrelevant and misleading. DO NOT trust comparable sales provided by the sellers as these are parcels they sold to other "investors." DO NOT buy land from land seminars or land companies located outside the Kingman and Golden Valley area.
