ValueDry Basement Waterproofing and Remodeling did a great job on my basement in Allentown, PA. I had a very bad mold problem and they were able to completely waterproof the basement, do the mold inspection and remodiation. Then ValueDry performed a complete basement remodeling for me with their basement finishing systems. Since I now have a perimeter drainage system installed, it ensures I'll never have a flooded basement again and won't ruin my newly remodeled basement. I'd reoommend ValueDry Basement Waterproofing and Remodeling to anyone in PA including Philadelphia, PA: Allentown, Upper Darby PA, Lower Merion, Pittsburgh PA, Reading, Scranton PA, Lancaster, Abington and anywhere else in Southeastern Pennsylvania. Thank you ValueDry. Now my home is twice the size it used to be and it's no longer a wet, musty basement.

Value Dry Basement Waterproofing and Remodeling Contractors are a very pleasant company to do business with. My friend told me they were the best basement waterproofing company in PA so I had them come do my basement in Norristown, PA. Value Dry did installed their perimeter drainage system for my home to make sure my basement would be dry forever. I had a few issues with my foundation which needed be repaired as well. I had ValueDry pour new concrete floors and rebuild one of the foundation walls which had been bulging and crumbling over the years. ValueDry, based in King of Prussia, was one of the few companies which actually had the capability of handling this job from start to finish. Once they did the foundation repair and restoration they made my basement waterproof. I think they put in a sump pump as well as the drainage system but once they were done they remodeled my basement and made it into a home theater system. ValueDry serves most of Pennsylvania (PA) including Philadelphia, PA: Allentown PA, Lansdale PA, Springfield PA, Havertown PA, West Chester PA, Lansdale PA, Doylestown, Bala-Cynwyd PA, Langhorne, Swarthmore PA, Wilkes-Barre, Abington, Phoenixville PA, Jenkinstown PA, Pottstown PA, Newtown PA, Scranton PA, Ambler, Morrisville PA, Paoli PA, Fairless Hills, Cheltenham, Warrington PA, Huntington Valley, Collegville PA, Jamison, Berwyn PA, Wallingford, Malvern and Reading PA plus alot of other towns. ValueDry Basement Waterproofing turned my basement into a great, healthy living space. I forgot. With all the moisture for so long a had alot of mold in my basement and we had to do a complete mold remeditation. You could see it growing on the walls. If you're looking for a great basement waterproofing and remodeling company in Pennsylvania (PA) give them a call. I told them that they could use me as a reference for any of their new customers. Every time I get a a call about their services, I give them two thumbs up.

I searched far and wide for the best french drain installation companies in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania region as I'd had water in the basement of my commercial building. Value Dry shows up and gives close to the lowest bid as well as the best solution to my problems. I was fixed on a french drain system but ValueDry's basement perimeter drainage systems sounded like a better fit for my particular situation and it was a better fit. I didn't even bother having a sump pump installed or anything like that. The foundation drains take care of any water encrouching on the floor. Value Dry was a pleasure to do business with and I'm considering hiring them to finish my basement this year. If you're looking for the best basement waterproofing and foundation drain installers, call Value Dry. They go all over the place including Philadelphia, PA: Pittsburgh, Upper Darby, Harrisburg, Bethlehem, Reading, York, Northampton, Chester, Manheim, Lower Makefield, Warminster, Norristown, Radnor, Ridley, Drexel Hill, Tredyffrin, Upper Merion, Easton, Upper Dublin, Upper Moreland, Whitehall, Springettsburg, Swatara, Lower Providence, Montgomery County, Susquehanna, Pottstown, Spring, East Hempfield, Derry PA, Exeter, West Goshen and many other cities and towns in Pennsylvania which I'm reading off of their referral list! Call them if you need a basement waterproofing contractor to install a french drain or perimeter drainage system or sump pumps. Value Dry also is a master of concrete foundation repair and pouring new concrete floors and rebuilding foundation walls. They're the most experienced basement contractors in Pennsylvania.

We had our basement waterproofed and finished by Value Dry five months ago. My basement is taking on water and they will not have a team out to look at it until tomorrow. It has been one day of water damage already. When they sold the job to us, they guaranteed on call 24/7 emergency service. Don't believe it!

This seems like a great company. They cover a large are and probably have dealt with many types of basement waterproofing situations. It's important to pick the right contractor the first time so you don't have these types of problems in the future. http://www.liftitbest.com/services/basement-w...

No Value Dry complaints around my house. My wife wasn't sold on the idea of waterproofing and finishing our basement due the cost. But it really doubled the size of our $250,000 house. It cost peanuts to gain 100% more space. Value Dry can do it all. I thought I was going to have to hire 8 different contractors. They did the entire job complete with their own electricians. Aside from purchasing my home, this was the best investment I ever made.

No Value Dry complaints floating around my house. My wife and I love the work they did. We got our basement fully waterproofed and finished. I was thinking I'd have to hire 4 or 5 basement contractors for the various tasks but Value Dry did it all including the electric. I was tired of the complaints that went along with spending rainy weekends with a wet/dry Shop-Vac to keep the water in the basement under control. I wanted to $310,000 for the house and doubled the size for about $18,000. Great investment. My wife and I can't think of one complaint about Value Dry. They were the epitome of perfection.

Yes, they have a location in Framingham, Ma, close to Worcester I had an outside drain installed last Oct. I live in lunenburg, MA and dealt with this office. they service all of MA and are reputable and responsive. I had to call them back out for a minor fix. So far they have stood by their product and warranty.
I would recommend this company.

If you need a drain system installed, Value Dry might be useful, but the technicians who visit your home are not professional plumbers. They are sales people who are supposed to sell drain systems.

I had water in my basement and they sent a technician out to assess the problem. He suggested that I pay $9,000 to install a drain and sump pump. He said that the reason why I had water in my basement was because it was coming in through the foundation. Simple fix, pay Value Dry to install a drain...

Today I called a professional plumber to get a 2nd opinion, before I drop $9,000. He discovered that the problem was actually a broken PVC pipe in the foundation of the house. I don't need a sump pump, I need the PVC pipe replaced! It's a good thing I didn't install the sump pump, because it would have been a waste of money and wouldn't have fixed the real problem.

I would not recommend calling Value Dry to assess water damage in your basement. They aren't going to figure out the problem, they're just going to try to sell you their solution.

What is the best way to test for foundation cracks and mold before we get to basement waterproofing (ex. http://www.fixfoundation.com/waterproofing-sa... )? We are finally finishing our basement, but we want to make sure that moisture won't ruin anything we work hard for. We plan on making it a really nice place to hang out.

I know they contract out their work to third parties and double the cost to customers. If anyone complains--they don't respond. That's why they have so many lawsuits.

This is completely false, I am offended from your words, we have no lawsuits, and we address each and every service call accordingly and in a professional manner. I have been with Valuedry for close to 9 years, it is pretty bad what other struggling companies will do to try to knock down the good guy's. Get a life "Jen", and get you facts straight.!!!

I did not go ahead with value dry since a so called "professional" who demanded undivided attention to his demos gave a quote for $34,000 for a 2000sqft basement. Typical salesman attitude and what a ripoff. On top of that he regarded our basement to be in a highly critical state and wanted to start the job in a week's time, in which case he could also provide a discount of $4000 (and highly critical state for what?smell of moisture?). When we didnt respond they came down to as much as $20,000 to do the job and they should know that they cannot keep fooling people. I just wanted to spread this much of awareness and do my part to the society. The best value so far I got was $10,500 from another company and after speaking to the list of customers they provided in the neighborhood, I decided to go ahead with BoneDry. So far it has been very stress free in dealing with them. I hope I made a right choice and will be back with another review.
