Finally, justice prevails. This S.O.B. needs to go away for the rest of his life and then some. I don't know anyone whom this bastard does not owe money to.

Give him the same sentence they should have given Michael Vick ?

In dog years instead of two legged years, and when he gets sick drown him or hang him.

For Christ's sake TLW, calm down a little, it's Easter and we're supposed to act solemn .

As far as the Mafia goes TLW, what makes you think Pennsylvania isn't more mobbed up than Jersey ? We've been easy picking for fifty years that I can remember. Easy now , I go back to the days of Mel Packer.

CgK1- You should be embarassed by the ignorance not to mention the utter stupidity you posses. You have continuously commented with the complete absence of thought . You also demonstrate an atrocious lack of general business knowledge in regards to your quite elementary statements/questioning on how this is a federal case. You should really do some homework and/or take a few business courses prior to inaccurately making a poor attempt in pretending you truly know what's going on. Last time I checked, I'm pretty sure a lawyer wouldn't continue to litigate on ones behalf without receiving payment or obtaining some means of a contractual agreement in which compensation would be obtained. Although, all of your obviously false accusations not to mention your juvenile anti-Semitic pot shots lead me to believe that the life you lead must be nothing but sub par. Any individual whom possesses the level of free time which you have so frequently demonstrated to the "readers" aka the uneducated folk of this post; simply must not have any substance to their being let alone deserve to be viewed upon as a credible source/reference. That being said....

Mr. Mark A. Mendelson might be one of the most intelligent,well-rounded men I've ever had the chance of knowing. The amount of knowledge one may obtain by simply being graced by Mendelson's presence is undeniably profound; not to mention only limited to the restrictions of the learned individuals mind and their capacity to retain said knowledge. The love Mr. Mendelson radiates to the individuals who know him best is truly unattainable elsewhere. We are all human and by no means do I believe Mark encompasses any divine capabilities, therefore I'm sure he has made his share of mistakes. But, before you decide to crucify a man who possesses many of the same characteristics and aspirations which the vast majority of us share, remember who you are and where you came from because this man has been on the bottom for as many years as he's been on the top. Contrary to popular belief, Mendelson hasn't forgotten who he is and where he came from and I can assure you this will never be the case. Instead of everyone focusing on what the readers believe to be Mendelson's lack of positive contribution to society, maybe we should take a moment to look at all of the selfless/charitable gestures in which Mendelson continuously demonstrates. Yet this would never happen since the only press which is exciting to the uneducated, ignorant, Mcall junky is that of negative nature; thus making it easy for the readers to correlate their readings with the negative lifestyle they so wholeheartedly seem to love.

Mark Mendelson is the brilliant and super cool. If you met him you'd agree. These charges were ridiculous and Mark shouldn't have plead guilty in the first place. Who, may I ask, was the victim of 'said' crime? Mendelson was my landlord at one point and constantly gave me breaks and helped turn around my entire business, helping me to support my family and send my children to school - because thats the special and rare type of breed that Mendelson comes from. Unfortunately these charges appear to have taken their toll on Mendelson as I have heard about his ailing health condition, however If you read this Mark, thanks for everything and wishing you my best...Everyone else who has anything negative to say (i'll bet) is jealous, envious, stupid, or all of the above. good riddance.

To the Mendelson defenders: Instead of speaking of his sterling character, why not speak of his results in development? That'd make for a short conversation.
