I am so sorry to hear that some low life felt they needed to boost their own scummy ego by TRYING to deface the special place that represents the memory of a wonderful mother and child. Hopefully, after they get caught (or better yet come forward if they have a conscience), they will do something to redeem themselves and go on to live a better life.

This is so upsetting to hear. I brought my daughter there from the time she could walk up to when we moved away. Too many happy memories for this not to hit home. I hope they make the felony charges stick and I really hope some fast talking lawyer, buddy of the judges, doesn't get them off easy.

Why are the vandals called "graffiti artists" in this article? What is artistic about racial slurs and destruction of property?

TruTV just on Monday did a show on the Lisa and Devon Manderach case. It broke my heart hearing the case all over again. I too have taken my kids to play at the playground and remind them of why it's there. I almost cried when I heard it was vandalized. Maybe more people should watch the TruTV episode to remind themselves. Limerick Twp. has been in the news because the playground now needs work and they don't have the fund to do the massive work it needs that was once there because of the community donations. I am compelled to donate because of TruTV! Are you?

They need to put these punk a-holes in jail and make the parents pay for all repairs when they're caught.

People that do stupid things like this usually are also stupid enough to brag about it and end up turning themselves in. Then a nice old fashion public whipping is in order.

Too bad all you can do is say "bored kids" or "the POS shoud be 6 ft under insead of in jail".....once again I see that people are talkers and not doers! I am a doer! I do stuff for my community every day. Stop talking negatively and get out there and make a differance!
