I have to say your service is the worst I have ever had. Not professional and clean at all !!! Your staff finished the job at most 5 minutes, but before that they spent 10 minutes to force me to accept the service I don't want. They charged 4 areas, but the real area they have cleaned at most 3. I even doubt if they have cleaned the stairs. After cleaning, the effect is not as good as I clean by myself. I even found dirty stuff on the carpet and I can pick it up by hand easily. I even did not see they used steam cleaning although the two staff said they did (They were too fast for me to take a look). Anyway, lessen was learned. Avoid this company.

Totally agree. I made a big mistake letting them clean my carpets. They did a poor job and the effect was dissapointing. Worst of all, their attitude was rude and there was no customer service at all!

I had the worst experience ever with this company. Not only did they not complete the job their service man was absolutly unprofessional. I bought this deal through living social and boy did I learn my lesson you get what you pay for. The manager of the company was useless and did not care that she had an unsatisfied customer. Do not use this service!!!!!

Just had Thoroclean at my house. I started off annoyed because one of the guys immediately pulled out his binder to do a high-pressure sales pitch about needing deodorizer as well as scotchguard, which of course increases your cost X2. I tried to tell him I JUST wanted the carpets cleaned and nothing else, but he insisted that he HAD TO tell me all about what they offered...I listened for 10 minutes, practically the same amount of time they spent cleaning my carpets, and declined any extras. Then they cleaned 3 areas instead of the 4 we paid for and I didn't realize it until they left. I called the office and explained to Stacia that I wanted a refund for 1 area because they only cleaned 3 areas. She put me on hold and called the guys and got back on the phone to tell me my basement counted as 2 areas. I explained to her that they only did HALF of my basement, so that was one area. She said she has to go by what the guys tell her and it was too large an area and I wouldn"t begetting any money back...how"s that for customer service? When I asked to speak to her boss, she said she manages the office. I asked her who her boss is and she insisted she is the boss. I asked her if she OWNED the company and she said no. I then said, well, then you have a boss and I'd like their name. She refused but gave me a customer service e-mail address. I have never seen such bad customer service, EVER! Thoroclean will never be back in my house!
