hell no! how's tolling 422 gonna relieve traffic? that'll just back up all the community roads like Ridge, Germantown, 23, 29, Black Rock Rd, etc. AND it's only from Pottstown to Valley Forge? Why's it not all the way to the city areas like Reading to Philly? dumb, dumb, dumb!

If you could do it without backing up traffic a25 cents would be extremely fair and the train is an excellent idea
