I just wanted to post a responds to the post that each package was purchased at $19.95 plus 10.00 shipping ??? wow and I thought buying them at $10.00 was expensive. I find the chocolate ones are the best I like, I do enjoy the blueberry ones but find those more hard to swollow I havent tried the oatmeal raisins only because I dont like raisins. I have lost about 5 lbs in about two weeks which I know I could of lost more but I have had days where I had either a few drinks or an event where I went out to eat and went a bit over.

They carry Dr. Siegel's Cookies at GNC Stores. Go to his website and you can search for a store near you. Thats what I did.

R&D Diet Cookie gets theres out quick. Order on a Monday and they ship by priority on Tuesday. Theirs really do taste best. You can get 2 weeks for $70 plus $10 shipping but they send an extra day so it cuts your shipping down to $5.$70 may sound like a lot but remember you are replacing breakfast, lunch, and all snacks. They worked great for me.

eat everything and anything you want and lose weight. Just don't eat the WHOLE thing.

Denial is not the answer.

eating just one food may cause you to lose weight but do you really want to go from here to the grave having eaten nothing but cookies?

I follow my own advice and have lost 21 Lbs and 15" since the first Monday in April
that's 1.5 Lbs a week.
