I agree Nile. A blind man could see the inconsistencies and questionable actions during this most recent process. While I doubt too that this will overturn the decision for Nemacolin in my opinion it will shine that bright light on the Gaming Commission so that such actions will not be tolerated in future efforts. This will even the playing field for ALL future applicants and decisions will be made based on the strength of the applicants, and not by the influence of politicians and special interest groups.

And I also agree Nile, we will never know unless we try. And at 8 volumes of evidence it sounds like someone was doing their homework.

I have to go along with this. Eight pages, they must have something that looks a bit irregular. And I also agree that I donít think we will see any change in the decision, but maybe in the future things will be a bit more above board, and things will be looked at on actual fact rather than special interest groups that really have no dog in the fight.

Just have to correct one thing Fire Marshall Bill, there are 8 volumes of evidence, not 8 pages. I also find it interesting that instead of commenting someone out there just chooses to get happy with the spam judge button.

Sorry my fault, please excuse me for confusing pages with volumes. And I wonder if anyone can guess who is judging the comments?

Please try to ratchet up your understanding a bit Pete if you want to continue this. At least open your mind and try to understand.

I acknowledge that in the public vote MD got no votes. That is fact.

I am just pointing out that the FACT that the final vote took a long time to come about and which indicates the decision was not a cut and dry one for Nema. If it was then they would have voted long before they did. Neither you nor I know where the allegiances lied but to say MD had no support is not the fact you make it out to be. We don't know.
